Raffle - Classroom Make Over

Kids spend 1/3 of their day in school classrooms and buildings. While at school/daycare your child will eat, play, and (if the teacher is lucky) rest. Indoor air quality is typically 2 to 5 times worse than outdoor air quality and the food served at many schools ranks with some of the least healthy. There are also green (and healthier) options for toys, utensils, furniture, bedding, diapering, cleaning, and hand washing. How green is your child's classroom?

The winning classroom or daycare will receive a personal 2 hour class/consultation with The Green Mama, Manda Aufochs Gillespie. She'll advise on products and practices plus help the winner find ways to go greener and save money. (If your kid's classroom wins, you also win a free 2-hour home make-over).

(The fine print. The classroom/daycare make-over will be delivered via web consultation or phone. We can't MAKE the school or daycare use the information or even do the session--although we will make it as easy as possible for them!)
